Terms and Conditions
We keep things simple, but clear.
Here’s what you agree to when you book your stay with us:
1. Booking & Payment
You can book online through our booking system, by phone, or in person.
If you book by phone or email, you’ll receive a payment link by email (if we have space) within 24 hours. Payment must be completed within 4 working days to confirm the booking.
If you book via our booking system, payment (or deposit) must be completed within 6 hours, otherwise the reservation expires.
Once payment is received, you’ll get a confirmation email and your booking is final.
2. Prices & Inclusions
Prices are in euros and depend on the dates and length of stay.
A baby/toddler camp bed is available for €10.
Breakfast is included.
Bed linen, towels, and cleaning are included.
Beach towels are available for a €5 deposit.
3. Cancellation Policy
Please inform us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
- Cancel more than 8 weeks before arrival? Full refund.
- Cancel between 2 and 8 weeks before arrival? 50% refund.
- Cancel less than 2 weeks before arrival or no-show? No refund.
4. The Golden Rules
- Casa Fidal is a shared, friendly space—be mindful of others.
- Respect the space and people around you.
- This is a place for connection, not control.
5. Use of Facilities
Use of the yoga studio, bikes, and other amenities is only possible through booking and rental.
6. Liability
Casa Fidal is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
In case we must cancel your booking, we’ll refund the amount you’ve already paid.
We are not liable for the consequences of natural disasters (such as wildfires), travel interruptions, or force majeure.
Casa Fidal falls under Portuguese law.
7. Third Party Access & Use
Unauthorised use of rooms or spaces by third parties is not allowed.
Casa Fidal is for holiday purposes only—no commercial or long-term residential use permitted.

Let us know as soon as something’s not right—we’re here to help and sort it out.

What we’re all about
Room to breathe
Whether you’re traveling solo or as a pair, this place gives you space. We don’t do busy. We don’t do perfect. But we do offer time, stillness, and slow mornings that might make it hard for you to leave.
Care for the place
We live here too, so we do our best to keep it honest, clean, and thoughtful. We use natural cleaning products, be aware of plastics and reuse what we can. Often its the small things that make the big difference.
Kindness goes a long way
Casa Fidal is small, and that’s part of the charm. This means you’ll share space with other guests, and you’ll be part of the village while you’re here. Treat everyone the way you’d want to be treated.
Respect the surroundings
We love the Algarve for its raw edges, salt air, and silence. That’s why we ask you to use water wisely, honour the local rhythm, and and be mindful of how you move through this place. It’s beautiful, and worth protecting.
